Which rear upper control arms to buy?
While doing my recent brake job I investigated a clunking noise at the back and discovered my upper control arms inner bushings are worn out so I need new bushings at the least. I have a couple questions:
1. Are aftermarket control arms, complete with bushings, just as good as pressing new LR bushings into the original arms?
2. If you bought aftermarket arms with bushings, which brand did you go with and how many miles on them?
3. If you can get the nuts off the bolts do the bolts push out or are they usually rusted tight in the bushings?
Thanks fir any info,
Gordon

I just replaced all my control arms (front and rear). The back uppers were the only ones I had to cut off. The forward facing bolt was rusted to the control arm all the way through the bolt shank. It took 2 carbide saw-zall blades to cut them out.
I ended up installing Delphi control arms from rockauto. Hopefully I get 5+ years out of them.
