Rear wiper

I can not get the rear wiper to turn on. Tried pushing the stock front and back and the wash works. Thoughts?

Yep! My cig ligter wasn't working and the mech pulled my rear wiper fuse and stuck it in the cig spot! It has to go back for that due to shoring out . It would have been nice to know that he pulled it!
