Default Remote keys do not unlock LR3

Keys will start car but do not unlock or lock. Voltage is going to receiver in roof so suspect corroded wire. Wire going to receiver are green and green and yellow. Wiring comes up from left side however fuse box is on passenger side(right). Is the area that tends to corrode on floor on the right or left side facing forward?

The connection that tends to corrode is in the wire channel on the right side.
Cars are like people. their sides (front, back, left and right) are determined by the object, not from a frame of reference as to how it is viewed. i.e. my left arm is my left arm no matter where you view me from. Cars are the same.

Left hand drive(LHD) is what we have in North America. Right Hand drive (RHD) is in some, but not all other than North America.
If you have a LHD car, the connection you are looking for is in the wire channel under the threshold of the seat that does not have a steering wheel in front of it.

Of course the other possibility is the key fob batteries are dead.

Found the splice and it was corroded. Spliced in new wire and remotes now work.
