OHHH your Black-box solutions device. Was that the MSV-2 or whatever? As I recall that one was really expensive! Ouch.

I ALMOST bought the MSV-2 when I got my LR3. I was torn because there were a few solutions out on the market... not many (I think 3?), but enough to make me wonder which I should choose. Ultimately, I decided on the IID tool because I had read good things about their customer support and had not read the same about Blackbox. You can't see me, but I'm patting myself on the back right now. Okay, self congratulating over... back to the thread.

I purchased a Blackbox Solutions MSV2 a long, long.long time a go when there was nothing else at all except dealers SDD.It helped me and paid for itself many times , but lately, meaning for the last couple of years, I had no use for it with exception of reseting a service intervals, therefore never had desire to buy anything else .it is still a more capable unit than IDD tool , but most users won't even use or need it's full capability.I have bluetooth connected to it so I don't have to fiddle with all the cable connectors and it still works.
