Replaced compressor and it wont run

For some reason the image did not load before. Weird.
You have an exhaust fault of some sorta. The truck is trying to vent and the pressure is not dropping. Either the pressure sensor at the center valve block is damaged (unlikely) or you have an abstraction or a line hooked up wrong. Or a cheap aftermarket compressor, they cause this fault too.

Did you pull codes with the old compressor hooked up and after clearing them? Guessing same cause this is a self-clearing fault. Meaning every time the truck starts, its stored BUT its ignored unless it happens again. Like I said, the truck is not venting out like it is expecting. It opens up the exhaust to vent and then it watches the gallery pressure and sees its not dropping = fault. Are you sure the other 3-wire connector is hooked up right?

Incline does not cause it to level. Its relative to absolute ground. But its not the issue, gallery pressure is observed from the front block to the rear block and from the center block into the compressor. Its like one big straw with a pressure sensor on the side. So front and rear valve blocks are ruled out. The center valve block *could* be dumping into the gallery causing pressure not to drop like it should. This has been reported before. What is odd is the procedure I told you to do, command the truck to raise right away after starting before the error gets a chance, should have worked in this case. So basically you are back to it being wiring.

Of course you could just manually dump the gallery pressure by disconnecting a line at the dryer. Ton of air should come out if there is indeed pressure pent up. If you do that and then fire up the truck, it should run. If not, then its electrical or center valve block hooked up wrong.
