Default Rough idle, stalls; start w/ just plugs or coils too?

I have owned an 05 for a year. 191,000 miles on this SE. I love the truck.

I replaced a plug and a coil last summer and the CEL cleared and the car ran much better. The car is stalling now at red lights. I was thinking about changing the plugs to see if that helps for a cheap start to fix it and help the car in general.

Good idea?

Would you also change the coils at the same time?

This plug?:NGK (5464-4PK Iridium IX Spark Plug, (Box of 4)
What coil is best? Amazon shows many that are for LR3 2006-2009, however I have a 2005. Does an 06 coil work on an '05?

Default I'm no mechanic...

...and I ask these questions sincerely not rhetorically:

Aren't plug and coil issues usually demonstrated by misfires or rough idle?

If it's stalling and not running rough, I'd be looking at the MAF Sensor, throttle body (clean it) and maybe even the thermostat.
