So my 07' HSE driver's side seat recline function quit working. The other day it started to recline and now it won't move at all. When I go to use the recline function the switch just makes 2 clicks one right after the other. The passenger side clicks once when I engage it and again when I release the switch. The driver side just clicks twice right away. Could the seat be jammed or a relay gone bad?

 

Figured it out. A friend was helping me trouble shoot and he found a pair of wires that were really stretched tight. He freed them up and the seat started working again.

If the wires were stretched that much to cause a separation from the plug, you may have problems going forward. At least you'll know what it is if it acts up again.
