Default Shudder

Hi im new to the pleasures of owning a Disco 3. which has 157,000 Miles She's getting on a bit so expected to have some issues with it. the problem im having at the moment is an occasional shudder at about 2000 - 3000 rpm. If I ease of the gas and go again it seems to be ok. After reading up on it seems it could be a few things, Ive had the rear prop replaced Rear and front bushes replaced which meant I had to do have the alignment done. so it seems my next stop is the Torque converter. Reading the history it had the Torque converter overhauled 2014 at 109,000. Im thinking of sticking some Dr tranny in there to see if the shudder stops but worried it might cause damage if it is not. any thoughts please?

Thanks yeah that sounds like a good idea. Ive done a few jobs myself but that looks like a garage job.
