Sirius Satellite Radio spotty

Certain times, the satellite radio loses signal. Anyone else have the same problem? I have a 2006 LR3.

Does the nav go spotty at the same time. if it does then its the antennae. We don't have issues for the satellite radio. But its possible the unit could be bad.
