Steering Wheel recover
I just paid about $230 for a smooth (Napa) leather recover including shipping from the UK. I’ve used these guys in the past on a couple of Porsches. They’ll do anything, perforated, Alcantara, contrasting thread, even adding diameter or thumb rest bumps.
They also do exchanges on common Steering wheels like my LR3.
Shoot me a message if you’re interested and I’ll give you their contact information.
Cheapest new I can find listed is around $500, so it’s a pretty nice savings. Nothing worse than a ratty steering wheel or cheap cover!
Not sure if they’ll do the shift lever.

I’ll post up as soon as I get the wheel back. Actual cost was £135 plus shipping and deposit. Turns out I’m going to keep my wheel, so if anyone local (Los Angeles) wants to borrow my spare, let me know.
Local shop wanted $325 for a recover, which is not bad, as a reference.

Not sure what the rules are here about posting non-advertising vendors.
Edit: I just reviewed what I could find. Admin, feel free to edit or delete if you prefer.

They take PayPal and can invoice you once you decided what options you want.
