Default Strange suspension issue

Hello,
I have a 2006 LR3, and am having a strange code setting issue. I had a bad control module and when I initially replaced it along with the pigtail, I got the wires crossed up, so the 5 volt supply was connected to the ride height output. After I fixed that, I wound up with a situation where the ECM sets a code when I start the engine. I get the red suspension fault light and warning, and the speed is limited before the suspension lowers. But....if I turn the key to the on position, wait for the dash lights to run their test sequence, (red suspension light comes on and then goes to yellow) and then turn the key to start I do not get the code set and the suspension acts normally. If I forget to pause between ignition on and run, and the code sets, I can turn the engine off and try again. Suspension works fine but a code is set that I clear with my GAP tool.
Not sure why this is happening and what to do about it. I have replaced the offending control module 3 times, and also replaced all the others but no change. And to be clear, everything works fine unless I forget to pause turning the key between on and run.
Thanks for the help.

Default A little more info please

I have read your message 3 times and I am still not sure what you have done, or what is causing your problem.

1. What codes were you getting and from which ECU's?
2. What "module" did you replace and get the wiring wrong?
3. What "other" modules were also replaced?

Would love to help out, just need some more information to work with.

Jeff
