Are there any way you can fill the shocks manually.

If you mean the air springs, you could but it will require modifying the system and living with a bunch of lights on the dash. I would imagine

What is the suspension doing what codes are you getting fixing it might be much simpler and cost effective

idk what the codes are. On dash cluster it says special programs not available. The compressor is good i jumped the relay for it. I’m just not getting air to the front shocks. I have also l Changed front block valve. When I jumped the compressor it made a blow out sound like the tank was full.

The suspension is made up of an "air bag" and a "shock absorber" so my question would be - why did you change the front valve block and was it faulty. What does not happen with the suspension? Does the compressor still run after your test? Does any part of the car go up when compressor is running.
Like has been said, to give you assistance we need to know what the error codes are. A code reader is required.
