Default Suspension Fault

The classic suspension fault thread...

- First start up throws "suspension fault" with code C1A00-49 (AF) Control module - System internal failure - internal electronic failure & U0132-87 (0B) Lost communication with ride level control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
- Turn the car off and start it again and "suspension fault" goes away. Suspension works as normal

This is a 2006, so I will investigate the driver's wheel well wiring rub and grounds this week. As well the grounds in driver's footwell.

I also intermittently get
  • U0132-87 (0B) Lost communication with ride level control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
    ( on 17-08-2023 19:24:47 at 104474 km )
Previous owner had the vehicle on a trickle charger, which was wired in very poorly to the battery. Appears to have fried the SRS(RCM) module as well.
