Suspension Fault
Hey all need some pointers please.
Have a 2005 LR3 with 174K on it, that I bought a few months ago with a bunch of warning lights on and in limp mode - took apart the board and found a lot is corrosion cleaned it up and put it all back together, all good apart from the amber suspension fault light and special programs unavailable message.
Purchased a GAP tool to help diagnose things. Recently replaced all the valve blocks and compressor but same issue comes up.
Also when I try to calibrate height with gap tool, after setting the heights on all 4 wheels and sending info it states, failed error 0 and suspension raises in the rear at random.
thanks in advance for any suggestion.

You said you cleared the messages but the ones with dates are from January. Have you cleared them recently? [edit: just noticed on my Gap that it uses European format, DD/MM/YY, so that's May 1 not Jan 5] Also get a decent battery in there or recharge the one you have.
Is the dash message current? I think that one is sometimes caused by the electronics in the console getting wet, from a spill or open sunroof so that's worth delving into if you haven't. Could be wrong about that though.
Speaking of sunfoofs, if your CJB was corroded, you most likely have a sunroof vent hose leaking. Which means you probably also have corrosion in the wiring underneath the carpet in the passenger footwell. Search about that; it's well covered also. Fix your vent hose(s) before it rains again.
I'd start with managing the battery issue and then re-set everything and see what you have. If it looks OKish, re-attempt to calibrate the suspension. Are you confident you're doing that correctly? If not, submit screenshots of that process. Others more knowledgeable may weigh in as well.
