Default Suspension fault questions...

I went on vacation for a week and I came back to my LR3 sitting on my tires. I have johnsonrod lift with 32.5 Goodyear wranglers. Red light on dash, message center says the special programs are not available.then it says they are off. All lights on the center console where the suspension height selector and special programs **** are located are off. Highway gearing light indicator is on. I do not hear my compressor at startup. I had the entire electronic component that includes the height selector, special programs ****, and hi-low switch replaced under warranty a couple years ago. I have yet to check for any codes. Please, any help is much appreciated!

Thanks!

UPDATE
so I decided to let my car run for a while. After about 10 minutes The height selector switch lit up, the air compressor kicked on and I was able to raise and lower the car. The terrain response **** became operable a few minutes later. It seems the vehicle has fixed itself. Can anyone make some sense of this?

The only thing I can think of is that somewhat recently I had drain tube leakage into the vehicle. Could something be shorting out? Is it possible for an electrical short to only cause problems sometimes?

Could still be the battery - if the voltage drops over time then it may corrupt some of the settings in the various ECU causing them to behave erratically. Fault codes would help confirm.

Got a fault code of P0579: cruise cntrl multi funct input A ckt rng/perform

After doing some research, others who got this code fixed it by replacing the cruise control switch on the steering wheel. This would explain why I've never had cruise control the whole time I've owned the car but does it have anything with this suspension issue?
