Thanks but when we went to Firestone we'd go in for "the deal" and they'd drum up a bill for something else..so we steer clear of them.
Same happened to brother in law.

Both Tie Rods on passager side were charged and wheel alignment.done..using oem (not bought from dealer)
Also hoses for Power Steering we're change
Anyone else do that job at an independent shop?

I go to Fast Lane here in Smyrna, GA to for my Disco 2 and my wife's BMW X5.
It costs us $97 for each car to do 4 wheel rotate, balance and alignment (toe, camber & castor). Plus they give us a military discount.

Had them catch a few things over the years. Fixed them myself and then they aligned it. Never hurt to have a second set of eyes

I had Tires with them as the first Goodyear went down in less that 20k miles.
The Firestone tires were great..and probably why they discontinued them : (
But I took it in to rotate tires and they give me a list of suggested jobs amounting to $900+ and I had just been to the dealer and all done and good ..
some suggested jobs had been recently done.
