It is parked in a slight incline (nose up). I might turn it around to see if it leaks more overnight. At least it might slow the leak, I have to drive it 14 miles to my mechanic tomorrow. It looks like I might have lost about half a quart or so judging by the puddle size.

Alright, so I got the truck back. The mechanic replaced the sleeve (which came out in pieces I'm told, likely the source of the leak), and put on a new filter and metal pan.

I'm out $600, but at least I'm not stressing about having to go through the ordeal of topping off the fluid or wondering if it is low or where it is leaking from. Good for the next 50-75k miles!

Also...as a side note, it shifts differently/better now even though only the pan, filter, and the sleeve are new. Does disconnecting the electronics to the transmission reset adaptation values automatically?

No on the adaptive values. Glad you got it fixed.
