Does anyone have the V6 and wish for more power? I have been looking for anything I can to add some HP. Vortech makes a kit for the engine in a Mustang application but would not even talk to me about the LR3 application. I tried trading it in but the resale price on landrover is bad. 2006 V6, white/black 11,000 miles and perfect condition in and out and they want to give me $28k.

Any thoughts of a engine swap? anybody have a powerful diesel?

I bet costof an engine swap will be in the ballpark of your trade-in loss.

 

Your right but there is the fun factor, it would be nice to find a diesel.
