Default Voyager Off Road Rack instructions?

Since contacting them is an exercise is futility, does anyone have any directions on these things? I ask because there is a lot more hardware than expected. And I have short rails, not sure if they are removed for good or if they can stay on. I thought they may include something with the rack, nope. FYI I have the off-road challenge rack.

Nevermind, figured it all out. Just bought all new mounting hardware and turned this into a 6 hour project (mostly driving around finding parts). Will create a new thread about how much I dont recommend Voyager.

I was going to be surprised if you got any instructions. Seen this request more often than I would have expected on the web

Well here are the directions. I did not get the stainless washers at mentioned. And I don't quite understand them. They say, with rails, to drill the LOWER hole in the rail. Now the site clearly says no drilling required for install. But whatever. But if you drill the lower hole, the rails will be able to "float" around the stud a bit. And this does noting to drop the height of the "mounting blocks" they provide. It would, to me, make more sense to drill the upper holes on the rails to allow the mounting blocks to drop down lower. This would have solved the gap I had with the front mounting blocks being too short.

Anyway, in all their glory....
