Gave it a 5000 mile oil change on Thursday, and Friday the new owner picked it up to drive it 900 miles home. That’s right, I sold it. I was planning to move it out for a new vehicle arriving in a few months, and someone at work was looking for this spec. I got my full asking price and they got a rare spec in top condition —smiles all around.

Just when I was having second thoughts, that oil change reminded me I wasn’t going to miss the maintenance. A 10mm socket, 13 mm socket, 15mm socket, and 17mm wrench to drop two plates and drain the oil? I won’t miss that!

Toss up some photos if you have them! That would be neat to see.

Was getting fed up poor gear shifting so took the plunge and rebuilt the valve body using a sonnax zip kit plus new solenoids and separator plate. Car has been transformed and has its zing back,it has cured the flaring and inconsistent hunting in the lower gears, nearly 1k for the exorcise but it was needed.

Default Located an unplugged fibre Optic cable?

G'day from Oz, been looking at trying to get my rear DVD screens working. I've located a Fibre Optic Cable that's come unplugged somewhere from the unit below the drivers seat. Can anyone tell me where it plugs in? I can't see any obvious plughole amongst all the wires and connections. :/ The rear DVD Unit appears to work ok, but it says no signal. I thought it's probably that communication unit in the rear. But I figured since the problem doesn't appear as others, that I'd try and check all the connections. Is this plug from that rear unit? Thanks for any help/replies in advance.
