Installed the Eezi-Awn ladder. I looked at ladders a few years ago but did not want one because of the canopy I have wraps around the ***-end of the truck and a ladder would only increase the gate height and push on it more. And I actually did not even know Eezi-Awn made a ladder of the 3/4. But in the end, a rear ladder one because no one makes a side mount and I did not feel like making one - although I may still. And at $275, this is one of the more affordable ones out there. It is incredibly light! I doubt one needs to upgrade the lifts but I already did mine a couple years ago when they wore out.

I hit 200K miles recently so I decided to work my way through all the 'official' maintenance/service items. Today's item was to lubricate the door and hood latches.

Not gonna lie...it was a bigger win than I thought. The door opens/unlatches so much easier and smoother now. It's surprisingly nice.

Added Bluetooth to my rig, finally got rid of the 3.5mm aux cord floating around my front/back seat. Followed this Reddit thread’s directions.

https://www.reddit.com/r/LandRover/c...lr3-hse.43918/

I ended up taking out the center compartment storage bin for better access.

works like a dream. Probably the easiest and cheapest option to add Bluetooth for music via cell phone.

Nice! I bought this thing:
Amazon Amazon

It plugs into the aux port and I plugged it into a cigarette / USB thing that's right by it. Definitely more expensive but also works like a charm!

I went that route with a Monoprice version. It was super temperamental and ended up not working after a few months. Although that just might be because it was a Monoprice product. I think the extreme heat and cold makes these devices a little unreliable.

Default Interior light toggle switch

Does everyone know about the interior light toggle switch? You can temporarily turn off the interior lights when you open or close any door. This is super useful while accessing gear when camping! What other tricks like this exist?

It is in the owners manual. So not really a trick, just requires reading. Can’t believe someone wasted time making a video about it. LOL
