That's what they initially told me but then the rep said he can call Cooper to see if he could get them and came back and told me it wasn't a problem. Just sounded like Discount Tire didn't have them in stock.

Yea I called back two seperate times and they have them. Total BS. Quoted a great price on the Nitto Terra as well. Ended up with the Geolander, just dont go off road that much to justify one of those tires.

 

Ok, here is the deal. I called Discount Tire today to check the status of my order and they told me that Discount Tire will no longer purchase the Cooper Zeon LTZ's in an 18" size from Cooper. They will still have the 20" tire but none for our 18's.

On to plan B.

I found in the 285/60-R18 size, that the best rated all-terrain tire on TireRack.doc was the Fuzion XTi.

I picked up four from hghperformancetire.com for $115 each and $66.95 shipping. Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Tuesday. Tread Quaters did the install for me locally for a little more than I wanted to pay, but worth it.

Great riding tire, no noise, excellent traction, wet weather and dry, great off-road traction. I can't find a thing about this tire that I'm not happy with. Check them out, they are worth it! Permagrin now installed!

Yes I had them put on the next day. They are great, quiet on the freeway too.
