Default ZF6HP26 valve body lost small parts

I recently purchased a 2006 LR3 with a ton of issues, one of which being the dreaded 3-4 shift. Luckily the cause was pretty evident as the E-clutch bushing was very worn, however I made a big mistake while rebuilding the valve body! I set the small parts on a sheet of paper and the wind caught it and threw the checkballs everywhere! I ended up losing 1 check ball and 1 of clutch limiting valve.

Does anyone know where I can buy these small parts or maybe find a used (trash) valve body?

Thanks!

Any local trans shop would likely have access to specs, sizes, etc and maybe even stock them. Was not the case with my BMW, but I used a metal b-b pellet instead.

Try https://www.facebook.com/MZFBayerInc/ We used them for all of our ZF trans rebuilds and replacement transmissions at the BMW shop I used to work at. They are one of the only ZF authorized rebuilders on the west coast so I'm sure he knows how to get you the pieces you need.

Could always buy a zip kit which will have the parts you need.

Yep, thats the best course of action. You should be using a zip kit if its apart anyway.
