12 LR4 vs 08 RRSsc

12 LR4 vs 08 RRSsc
I am new to Land Rover and I am looking at a12 LR with 30k miles and a 08 RRSsc with 48k miles.
i know the 5.0 is not as reliable as the 4.4, but how does it compare to the 4.2sc? Both have low miles for their age but the LR is 4 years newer, I dont know if that has a significant effect on plastic parts, bushings, etc....

I'd go for 4 years newer and the LR4. Plus you get good sized third row when needed and excellent internal space
Check for service history, and have it independently assessed to ensure there aren't any issues. They can be expensive to repair
