I love my 2010 LR4 HSE Buckingham Blue with Almond/Nutmeg Premium Ltr. and would like to keep her going strong. She's got 85K miles on her but got a new factory engine replacement at 46K.
I’m looking to replace the following, images below.
Any forum members who have replaced any items below? I live in Southern California, would love to hear personal stories about your experiences and helpful tips.
Thank you!

+1 on just cleaning the sticky *****. I have the same 2010 Buckingham Blue LR4 and the ***** were extremely sticky. I popped them off easily by gently squeezing and pulling. Washing in warm soapy water and then I used Method brand Heavy Degreaser spray and a microfiber cloth and they came out like brand new. Took about 20 mins. Well worth it!
I'd think a proper scrub over those leather seats and door would at least remove the black dirt and may get you to the point where it doesn't bother you as much. Replacing the seat seems overkill IMO.
