Default 2012 LR4 HSE 5.0L multiple knock sensor codes and intake tuning valve error codes

Hello,

I need some help diagnosing multiple knock sensor error codes and also a intake tuning valve control circuit error code.
2012 Land Rover LR4 with 5.0 engine, 126,000 miles. I have just replaced the front crossover pipe and water pump due to a pretty significant cooling leak. I put everything back together and coolant leak is gone and engine is running great. Drove it and all seems fine, engine running normal, but about 5-10 minutes down the road check engine light came on. I pulled the codes and got the following:
P0327 Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input (Bank 1)
P033C Knock Sensor 4 Circuit Low Bank 2
P0332 Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Low Input (Bank 2)
P032C Knock Sensor 3 Circuit Low Bank 1
P0660 Intake Tuning Valve Control Circuit / Open - Bank 1

I cleared the codes and check engine light went away. Drove it some more and then after about 30 minutes of driving the check engine light came back on, pulled codes and got the same codes. I have repeated this about 2-3 times and it keeps throwing same codes after 10-30 minutes of driving.
These error codes were not there before the cooling repair - no check engine light at all before the cooling repair. Engine seems to runs and sounds good now and the same as it did prior to the cooling leak repair.
When I repaired the cooling leak, there was a significant pool of coolant sitting under the intake manifold on top of the engine surrounding the oil cooler. After the repair and refilling and purging of the cooling system, I cleaned up all of the leaked coolant extensively before putting things back together.

One more note - There was a mouse nest and a bunch of chewed up acorns from mice, located on top of the engine, sitting on the top back of the engine underneath the intake. This mice nest was in the same area as the puddle of coolant around the oil cooler on top of the engine, but not far enough down to be in the actual coolant puddle. No signs of live mice in the engine compartment when doing the repair. I have had issues within the last couple of months with mice living inside the engine compartment of not only this vehicle but also a Toyota Sienna and Honda CR-V that I own. I live in rural Illinois and weather got cold, so mice looking to stay warm, not much i can do about it unfortunately. I cleaned this all up obviously prior to putting things back together.

From the research i have done, these error codes indicate a bad signal from the knock sensors to the ECM. I highly doubt all 4 knock sensors went bad at the same time so makes me think it is a wiring issue. I am honestly not sure what or where is the Intake tuning valve (bank 1) so any help with locating that would be great. I am pretty certain I know where the knock sensors are located - on top of the engine below the intake manifold.

Can anyone help point me where first to dig into this issue and what to look at first?
Do the knock sensors and intake tuning valve share the same cable bundle back to the ECM?
Maybe I forgot to plug in a cable when putting things back together following the cooling leak repair?
Sorry for the long post, just trying to share all info I can to help diagnose this issue.

Thanks!!!!

Issue resolved. Just wanted to post this in case anyone ever runs into this issue in the future.

I have fixed this issue. I found that there were cables that were not plugged in all the way. The cable connector that was not properly connected is attached above and to the left (if looking at the engine from the front) of the engine cover, at the very back of the engine cover. This cable connector was in but apparently it was not clicked in all the way. It took some force, but I pushed the cables together and they clicked in, and now no more engine codes. It was difficult to figure out as the cables seemed to be secured together, but they were not pushed all they way together. The cables only went together maybe only another mm or so, but issue now resolved.

I forgot to plug in this cable after I did a big job. I posted some pictures here to help you find it:
