Default 2012 RSE install Rosen or Vizualogic?

Purchasing 2012 LR4 lux but no current RSE and my 2009 LR3 Lux has Vizualogic RSE.

Going to do the install myself so which is better? They both appear to cost the same.

Already have iPads but I have a two year old and a ton of DVDs and that's what the wife wants.

So which system is best?

check with parts dept. Whatever comes for that year stick with it. LR4 is completely different system and most of it needs to be compatible or else the whole audio system will go down. oh and the dealer gives you a 12/12. You don't get squat when you do it by yourself.

I'm sorry but I don't understand any of your reply.

I want to install a new aftermarket RSE, Rosen or Vizualogic? It's going to be independent from the stereo etc. I have no desire to hear the sound through the car stereo etc. All it needs is acc power and a ground. Will probably pull power from the rear cig/aux socket.

What is "12/12" and "don't get squat"?

with a land rover accessory installed by the dealer you get a 12 month, 12000 mile warrantee. If you were to install the accessory yourself any issues with the system you would have to pay for any repairs yourself.
