Hello!

I bought a 2013 LR4 HSE LUX that has the 5.0 V8 Engine. I am hearing the noise which I’ve captured in these recordings. I recorded these while I was waiting in a drive through line such that the sound you are hearing is coming from the engine and bouncing off of the building wall which I was right next to. I am going from 500 rpm idle and giving it a bit of gas to move forward, maybe going up to about 1500 rpm real briefly. Does anybody know what is causing this sound?

 

Just wanted to provide an update - the noise you hear in the recording is coming from the resonator. The internals of it have rusted out and are buzzing and rattling around.
