First of all I like to say hello is this is my first post, I will give you a little background I've owned three LR4s and this forum has helped out a lot, currently have a like brand new 2012 that my wife drives and this 2010 I plan to build for overland/hunting
I'm a mechanic by trade in an inner city that never gets a lot of Land rovers I enjoy working on them myself, with all that said here we go
Purchase a 2010 LR4 that needed some work with 130k for $5,500, the work needed was as follows
1. Leak in front driver shock
2. Leaking transmission pan
3. Coolent leak
4. Water on driver's floor
5. Inner outer tie rod, and both lower control arms
So I have fixed everything on the list, next is the drive cycle
600 miles and mutple drive cycles and 5 monitors not complete I've never seen anything like this before with any car at work. I'm at a loss
battery and alt are reading fine
Did a hard battery disconnect reset
Autel maxi elite full reset
Relearn on engine and tranny
