Has anyone found a remote start kit or aftermarket head unit for a 2012 LR4?

There is a Tesla style screen claimed to keep functionality that comes from China. AliExpress website. Not many reviews though. Just looking for thoughts. A local audio dealer told me there isn’t any options for the LR4
