I did a hard reset and the radio sound works again. It is still showing the “if your vehicle has the phone feature fitted…….” And no cell capability. I unplugged the power and the fiber. Optic plugs to the Bluetooth module. Replugged them but no change. Any other ideas?

Does a new bluetooth module need to be VIN specific or can a used one be installed without reprogramming? Mine doesn't seem to want to come back to life. Phil

Success. I picked up a used Bluetooth Module out of a 2011 Range Rover Sport. Got home, plugged it in and bam, I have cell phone coverage in my 2010 Range Rover Sport again. No programming needed, plug and play. Phil
