Default Brake Question/help?

I have a 2016 LR4 with 60K miles. I purchased the car from a local non land rover dealer in town. Before the car was sold they replaced all 4 tires and replaced the front brakes. After a couple of months the front brakes started pulsating on braking. I took it into my independent LR mechanic (that I have used for years) and we replaced the front pads and rotors. Thought was they used cheap rotors that warped. At a couple of months it started happening again. This time we replaced the front control arms even though it was a little early to see if that was the cause. Seemed to help but the pulsating started again. Again they replaced the pads and rotors since they were not replaced when we did the control arms. But now again I'm starting to get the brake pulsating again. Any thoughts out there on what might be the cause? Over the years I have owned a couple of these and never had this issue come up.

Yes. You may be causing this issue by your braking habits. There could be a material buildup on the disks, from the pads.
About once a month I’m a little harder on the brakes and it seems to keep the disks from the pulsing you experience.

We went with Akebono pads and rotors to see if this helps. No sure exactly what he was using before but it was not OEM. The Ceramic pads do have a softer feel and do not grab as quickly, but I can live with that if they don't warp like the previous sets.
