Closed the trunk before I connected the battery ! - PLEASE HELP -

Hello,

I have a problem:

I changed the car battery and closed the trunk before I connected it.
Now I can't open the trunk anymore. Seats are electric and not foldable.
L405, built in 2015, 5.0 supercharged.

Can I connect my old battery to the posts under the hood to give the car power to open the trunk?
Or will the electronics fail?
As I said: No battery is currently connected: Pulse and minus poles are in the air.
