While visiting my in-laws in Carlsbad, CA (north of San Diego), I spotted a "Discovery 4" on the beach with Florida plates and a (guessing) Cary, NC license plate frame. I didn't get a chance to chat up the owner to find out how they got this into the US or if it was some sort of special order option. It was left-hand drive.

you just have the LR4 symbol removed and have it replaced with the ROW lettering.
