Default wheel travel?

anyone know the wheel travel length on the LR4? Not the strut travel distance, but the range of travel of the hub center, front and rear.

wheel travel depends on wheels and tires.

from bump stop to full limit droop

I know with oversize tires the tires can hit before the bump stops do but I'm looking for the suspension travel as measured at the wheel

While running on some off-road trails over the weekend, I got caught in some deep snow and found my self high centered. An alert came up in the dash display opting for an extended suspension setting. I was already in the off-road mode which I thought was as high as you could go. Apparently you can go higher. Not sure what prompted this as I have not read about such a thing.

Unfortunately, it didn't help. I ended up digging out to get going again.

Anybody experience or see this option before?

Yes. It was highlighted in the Baboon's pass video I posted a few weeks back. The vehicle can sense a high centered situation and if you hold the button it will essentially top out the airbags. From what I understand, you can't drive around with it topped out like that since you'd be banging on the limit over every bump, but it is one of the features of an active suspension that you can top it out on command. High centered on rock it could have a more positive effect than just lowering the wheels a little deeper into icy slush.

I'm stilling looking for a wheel travel spec.
