Default Engine failure

I have a 2012 LR4 HSE 5.0 I got in 2021 with 90,000 miles. It’s been a daily driver since and had no major issues with it other than having to replace the rear coolant crossover pipe. I also have issues with slow leak in a front Air Shock and had purchased 2 replacements. The car currently has 166,00 miles on it and recently started throwing PO10 & PO442 codes. I was reading forums and researching the camshaft guide & tensioner issue and was contemplating attempting a replacement when I was driving on the Interstate and dash lit up like a Christmas tree and I lost all power…Had to be towed home…codes read PO010 / PO442 / PO366 / PO 346 / PO 391 / PO341 / PO61a / PO 402

My brother-in-law, who is way more knowledgeable than myself, suggested we see if indeed the camshaft timing chains had failed. we pulled the 2 camshaft oil pressure sensors to view camshaft ends. We observed movement of each, in both directions, when using a breaker bar to slowly move the crankshaft…..My brother-in-law believes he observed a discernable backlash or “hesitation” on drivers side cam. This is as far as we have progressed trying to diagnose the damage, so I figured I’d reach out to see if anyone can point us in the right direction (scrap yard or the shop) on whether what I’m seeing is catastrophic or fixable with the proper effort.

Would greatly appreciate any comments or suggestions

It looks like all the codes are cam sensor problems. Is you engine doing this:
. With that many miles, it is long overdue for a chain anyways. Dont trust the heads on the side the chain popped off of. Just pull the head/heads and check for valve clearance issues and bent valves. I had the drivefrs chain pop loose and bent valves but the compression test came back ok so I disregarded the heads at first. It bent the stems up near the cam and was not an issue until you drove it for a while. Best of luck and keep us updated!
