Default Front lower control arms LR4

I’m reading that these are a common maintenance item.

What are the driving symptoms that would point at these needing replacement ?

Thank you.

knocking noises from front. some shudder when braking but that could also be warped rotors. Close inspection of the bushings for rips/tears etc. THe best i can tell, LR used a rubber compound for the bushes that over time softens and deteriorates

Thank you

Has anyone ever replaced theirs with RockAuto (like Mevotech brand) or is the recommendation to replace with oem?
