Default Fuel rail system pressure Low and High

Hello House
My LR4 V8 2010 give a fault code
P0087 - Fuel rail system pressure low. When the Air condition AC is off. Then when the AC is on, it gives a
P0088 - Fuel rail system pressure High

Please does anybody have an idea on how to resolve these issues.
Thanks everyone in anticipation of your response.

Based on the fact you are getting both codes for too high and too low I would suspect the high pressure fuel sensor on the fuel rail is going bad and should be replaced.

Please where is the High pressure sensor located. Is it also on the fuel trail. If you have pictures kindly assist. Thanks in anticipation of your prompt response.
