Got P0017-00 by itself and some live data I can't make sense of.
New to the forum, wondering if someone can make sence of my lifedata readings. If my timming were that bad wouldn't the engine have self destroyed by now?
For reference, I just installed a used engine with supposedly good compression (150-180 all around) and just over 100k kms on it on to a new to me LR4 fired right up and there's a minor "ticking" sound that I'd say it's not the normal timming chain rattle but what really throws me off are my life data numbers. Does anyone can make sence of this? Am I in for a timming job on this newer engine? Do I need the ECU that belonged to the donor vehicle?
