Default HCM causing all the problems and warnings?

In August last year I had both front headlights with blown bulbs. After trying to find and check fuses (there aren't any btw since they use MosFet) I changed the bulbs and though nothing of it since the lights worked. I never questioned why it happened and put it down to happenstance. Some time later I get all the dreaded warning lights as in this string.

They say it is the HCM which cause all their problems. Where is the HCM and how do I test it please?
If it turns out to be this a large bottle of champagne will be mailed for sure!!

I assume from the context of that string that they are referring to the headlamp control module. Not sure where it is located. Might be something to check, but that string doesn’t seem to end with the conclusion that the HCM was the cause of the problems.

(Edit: Apologies - I see now that you did not ask what the HCM was, but where it is and how to test it. My post is not very helpful.)

You re right the conclusion was no definitive but since I blew both headlamps last year I was wondering if this could be a lead. I never found out why both blew at the same time and just changed the bulbs

No electrical connection problems could cause the bulbs to blow so this is probably another red herring
