So I'm doing head gaskets on my 2010 LR4 (120k-ish miles) and I found this when taking it apart. This is quite concerning. I had anticipated the costs for doing the head gaskets, but not for replacing a cam and a head. The pics are of two locations on the RH intake cam. I'm wondering if I could just take these to a machine shop to clean this up and continue using these parts. What do yall with a bit more experience think? Can I save these parts?
