Recently paid too much (maybe) for a 2013 LR4 LUX w/ 19k miles on it, but am looking to do upgrade (or downgrade, depending on your perspective) a few things, including the grille and fender flares.

Does anyone know if the fender flares/wheel arches from the LR3 will fit on the LR4, or if non-painted arches like the ones on the LR3 are made for the LR4/Discovery 4? Not only do I prefer the non-painted look, but the non-painted flares seem like they're built of vastly stronger plastic and have a much stronger connection to the body than the flimsy plastic painted ones.

 

I would bet you can swap them over. What color is yours? Abran is the mostly likely on here to know that litle fact

 

It's black. Not my preference, but given the timeline I was on, and the 19k miles, I decided to live with the black.

But I'm still kicking myself for trading in my 2005. Should've kept it and just worked on it slowly. Won't likely forgive myself for that mistake for a long time.

 

 

I'm new to the forum and I have the same question. Did you give the LR3 flares a try?
