Did you figure this out? We used to have problems with the L322 Range Rovers where
one of the door panel screws would go through the door lighting harness and short the whole system out. You could try removing the screws one at a time behind the 4 interior door release handles and see if your led's begin to illuminate again, then you found the door in question..
