Gentlemen, I am getting ready to install a new rear view camera on my 2012 LR4... screen error(1st picture), original camera (2nd picture), and possible eBay replacement (3rd picture). My question is... how do I configure the wiring? I know the new ebay item will fit in the light hole above where the license plate is, so I know that will work... my question is really how to connect old wiring to new wiring. Thanks in advance.

Looks like the mirror side camera and depth sensor.

 

only camera is on the rear of the vehicle...

 

Why are you considering a non LR replacement, clearly not engineered to interface correctly with your vehicle??
Moreover, how did you discern that it is the actual camera (and not other components or connectors) that is the fault?

 

guy, I'm still trouble shooting... and a new LR camera is around $200 when i can get something similar for $20... I've done this with other vehicles of mine and they have worked perfectly fine. My question was on the wiring of the replacement camera, not the camera itself..
