P1707-77
2014 Lr4 99k miles. To upon cold startup i received a transmission fault on the display when i placed the selector in reverse. The R indicater was flashing and the truck would not move. Went to N and back nothing same with park back to reverse. I went from R to Drive the fault went away and i felt the transmission engage. I went back to R and all was well. The truck drove fine. When i reached my destination i read the codes and had a fault P1707-77. Saw this same code on olderthread not reloved

Never been to Idaho but I imagine it’s pretty cold there this time of the year just like it is here.
