I've another long thread regarding numerous issues I've been resolving but decided to start a more specific thread.

For nearly a year I had a P0089 fuel pressure regulator DTC. Replaced the fuel pressure sensor with no change.

Replaced the fuel flange and low pressure pump and the P0089 went away but within 2 days 2 new DTCs appeared and refuse to go away even with clearing (they return shortly), P2187 and P2189 - banks 1 & 2 lean at idle. I can clear them but if I accelerate hard or sometimes turn on the AC, the DTCs return.

Any ideas?
