Default Pls help me locate this wiring connection under supercharger

Doing the coolant x-over pipes and valve cover gaskets 2016 SCV6. So far so good - everything disassembled and new x-overs in. That said, as I was poking around I noticed I broke a wiring harness.. but I have no clue where I broke it off from! Spent over 30 min searching in what should be a small vicinity, cannot find what I would think would either be 2 wires dangling without a clip, or a piece of a broken grey connector.

Photos below. The connection is coming off the Y harness that's under the supercharger. There is a 2 pin clip on that harness that is black on outside and yellow on inside. That went into a grey clip -- the end of which was still connected to that Y harness when I spotted it, but the other end of it clearly broken off.

Any help on where that connector should live and what I might be looking for? Anyone take pics of the back of the wiring that might show that grey wiring connection properly attatched to the Y harness that comes from under supercharger?

Thank you!

Update - actually think it’s a dummy clip and I didn’t break anything. Got a magnifying glass out and the grey connector has 2 solid rubber plugs in it, no wires — I thought it was wiring insulation when I first looked. Found a bracket it likely slid onto and just held in place. Seems like it’s not completely uncommon to have a dummy clip that just holds a connector in place for testing or diagnosis purposes..
