I use the iCarSoft Land Rover and jaguar tool (think it's confusingly called LR II)
Look on eBay / they go for about 170 dollars. Read carefully what it can do to make sure it meets your needs
There is a newer model out a year or so ago so check you get that one

I love the car, coming from an Audi Q7 and that I used to be able to do programming for the remotes for keys to open and close the windows. get rid of the blinking eye when turning etc... Anything like that for landrover? I know the range rover has a few options, but didn't know if the discovery did

Jaguar/Land Rover changed their subscription process which allows you to download the software (free), then you just pay to use it.
With an online connection, you will always have the latest version w/ software files and works with J2534 (however D2S bus won't communicate) and you only pay when needed. The only caveat is it won't do keys and other security features. You need a locksmith license and purchase a year subscription to do immobilizer functions.

Which one do you recommend? Does the non-pro one allow you to adjust the height?
