Default removal of suspension compressor cover

ok, i think it is time to replace the compressor on my 2011. It is working ok but getting quite noisy. So I go to remove the plastic cover and the bolts are apparently corroded in place. The center hex head snaps off. Fine i can deal with that later. the two that have allen heads that hold the cover to the frame rail are stuck solid and the allen heads are close to stripping out. Anyone else faced this. I know i can drill the heads off but not sure what they attach to? threaded holes in frame? speed nuts? with those rusted i cannot wait to wrestle with the bolts that hold the compressor itself in.

Thanks in advance for any insights
