I’ve been checking in periodically and finally have a legit reason to ask for your advice. So, I have a 2011 LR4 HSE, Black. Last week my side view mirror was sideswiped and needs replacing - housing, mirror and internal organs destroyed, wires intact.

Have been researching models, manufacturers and availability. Decided to stick with LR OEM parts. Found a direct replacement, part #LR40187i,b but also found part #LR401875, which has power folding capability, which I don’t currently have. Can I upgrade? If so, how does this factor into the replacement process? Both parts are fitment confirmed. I will be doing the installation.

That’s it. Anyone done this?
